I make a lot of light about businesses that don't do Agile well. The vast majority of those are trying to implement some version of either SAFe or Scrum. SAFe and Scrum are both frameworks that attempt to solve the problem Agile itself does not, that is to interface with the project management. But this is also their problem. Agile is is not about project management, it's product management. It's about delivering value to the customer with making money as a side effect. Project management is about managing money (resources) with the product as a side effect. We have learned that these desperate goals and values are incompatible with one another. And that is the inherent flaw of any such agile framework. If leadership/management do not change their values and goals, no Agile framework will ever make the company Agile.
@EzProgramming @allenholub Valid but I think, and experienced, that, if done in the right way, the use of these frameworks can serve has a medium to assist in convincing leadership to modify their values and goals.
