Broken nose no doubt. Lucky she didn't break her neck. Her smashed face was in a millisecond, the least of her problems. Her entire entire body weight fell suddenly onto her neck. That in itself could have caused partial or total paralysis. While her face seemed wedged to the ground, her feet in a violent back bend quickly came so far down her toes were at the level of her lower back for a millisecond, with her neck supporting it all, her face still wedged, centrifugal forces attempting to snap her head off. With cheerleaders and gymnasts being fairly common, I never thought handstanding and handwalking were dangerous but they really are.
