Ndola people move quietly about new developments. There's a mine called Frontier mine in DRC, 2 km from the Zambian border. Workers there elect to live in Ndola. Apparently this is pushing housing costs in nearby areas. I found apartments costing $250/night targeting mine workers. This could alter real estate value in Ndola. It also makes housing a cross border trade commodity though housing is traditionally a non-tradable. The DRC is a blessing to Zambia if you know what I'm saying. cc: @LankyObserver #Zambia
