Tip 2 Ask your IFA what % of your investments are the broker fund . In Malaysia bad IFA have disproportionation amount invested wonder why
Tip 1 . Ask your IFA if his company offer a broker fund , ask for buy/sell history and to be shown all commissions and charges taken
Why avoid Broker funds ? 4 Trading to benefit own position 5 growing assets beyond optimal size 6 every time they buy/ sell make commission
Why avoid Broker funds ? 1they earn higher commission 2 Broker churning to generate commission 3 Broker recommending high-commission funds
some Malaysia IFA'S offer there own broker funds, This then stops them from being independent they don't tell you this avoid these IFA'S
