@TehBananaBand1t @SonicFortnteGuy He’s credited in the original song but not this version bc it’s literally not him, idk what to tell you other than to clean your ears

@TehBananaBand1t @SonicFortnteGuy You really need to check your ears then (and the song credits)

@AkirasParadox @aetherslug complaining about enemy variety in a franchise that’s known for that is pretty wild ngl I def agree that the combat is clunky but idk if I’d go so far as calling it slog, it genuinely does sound like a skill issue if that’s your main trigger lol

@AkirasParadox @aetherslug okay so what about the combat then bc you haven’t said anything other than that? Getting mad over a grab is lwk a skill issue bud

@AkirasParadox @aetherslug In the context of how you’re using it, it literally is 😂 like WHY is it below standards? WHY is it “slop?” Vagueposting is all you’re good for?

@AkirasParadox @aetherslug funny that you’re still resorting to just buzzwords instead of actually articulating any real criticism

@Sword_Domo @vividsummerose @leftistexe you literally can’t lol poor conditions alone don’t meet the definition of torture ex. I could say you’re torturing me by being too dense to understand what torture definitively is but obv you’re not, you’re just being a burden

@Sword_Domo @vividsummerose @leftistexe If the intent isn’t there then it by definition isn’t torture because it requires intent? Not disagreeing that what she did affected him, but it factually was not torture

@Sword_Domo @vividsummerose @leftistexe I was referring more so to the idea of Nikki doing what she did as torture; that’s a bit of a stretch since the intent of “freaky” the whole movie was to be loved by Bear, not harm him. That much is clear by the end with what she wished for

@Sword_Domo @vividsummerose @leftistexe Portraying this as something she did to him instead of the opposite is pretty wild

@KaijuMillie @GSpark120 You’re actually just being disingenuous at this point, the director very explicitly said she isn’t possessed

@TheMadPlushie @TRG_R17 @nab1803 Yes that the narrative explores abuse. Yes that the narrative includes rape. No, the narrative is not exclusively about rape. That’s the point I’m trying to get across; your portraying the entire movie as if it’s a movie about rape when it only made up not even a minute of it

@TheMadPlushie @TRG_R17 @nab1803 Genuinely, why is her identity solely in being raped? It’s definitely problematic if the takeaway of all she is comes from a 10 second scene of a 2 hour movie; obviously no one is trying to sell you “just a rape victim” like you seem to think the character is

@Ismayelalt6 @kingdongu3x2 @PunishedPingu whining about a strawman while strawmanning is insane bc not once did I say she wasn’t lol The character is a rape victim, full stop. The character should not be degraded to being only that, which is the point. The hypothetical serves as an example of how ppl reduce her to that

@Ismayelalt6 @kingdongu3x2 @PunishedPingu bc ppl like you act as if that’s all her character IS. That’s the point, idk why you’re being disingenuous btw maybe learn the difference between a hypothetical and a strawman, I’m still focusing on the main point and not the hypothetical

@Ismayelalt6 @kingdongu3x2 @PunishedPingu I’m literally saying a rape victim is more than just that? If there was no SA included in the movie, would you argue there would be the same level of outrage for her being in FN? ofc not bc that’s the defining characteristic to ppl, even though she lost autonomy in other ways

@Ismayelalt6 @kingdongu3x2 @PunishedPingu The point is you treat and a lot of others act as if it IS her sole characteristic. It literally dilutes a rape victim to nothing but that

@Ismayelalt6 @kingdongu3x2 @PunishedPingu While her loss of autonomy was displayed through SA, it wasn’t solely through that but people like you are using that exclusively as a driving factor of her identity which is honestly weird. Seems more disingenuous than anything to dilute anyone’s identity to just a rape victim
