Can't understand where this tiredness came from. I'm at the countryside now, and just after my house got warm enough to take off my jacket, I laid down “just for 5 minutes”, fell asleep for almost 3 hours, and woke up feeling shattered.

Headache. Almost a usual companion at this season. Still, I can’t help but love autumn: golden colors, rain, the heavy leaden skies, the way everything feels both ending and beginning. 🍁 Living through the changing seasons feels like the most natural rhythm of life.

Some days leave me drained, speechless by the end. Forced to work even during my long-awaited vacation, barely less tense than usual. Bergamot tea, a few episodes of "The Apothecary Diaries", the sea… Heart unsettled, soul heavy.
