@Mr_Nubee Hey! Thanks for reaching out.
Fallback Protocol bridges robotics (ROS 2) with Solana (Anchor/Rust). We use the blockchain as a tamper-proof ledger for robot state tracking & emergency overrides, monitored via a Next.js UI. Just pushed a verifiable build today!
The first end-to-end live rescue on Fallback Protocol. 🛟🤖
Watch an operator seamlessly take control of a deadlocked Delivery Robot.
Flow:
1️⃣ Stake 0.05 SOL bond.
2️⃣ Drive via low-latency ROS 2 WebSocket (WASD).
3️⃣ Clear the obstacle.
4️⃣ Instantly claim the 0.1 SOL bounty.
Fallback Protocol is fully verifiable on @solana Devnet. 🚀
Don't trust, verify. Run this in your terminal to read the proof directly from the blockchain: solana-verify list-program-pdas --program-id H8FYdjnCybk2vzbAKKKUbCiQQrohEjAwCXCo11gETnqT -u devnet
23/9: The Fallback Protocol smart contract is fully mapped on @solana Devnet.
10 days of building. The code is verifiable, the architecture is live, and the network is ready. 🧵👇

What happens if a remote operator falls asleep at the wheel?
If an operator accepts a task but goes AFK, the vehicle's internal watchdog hits the timeout limit. It autonomously executes cancel_timeout on-chain, reclaims the bounty, and slashes the operator's staked bond.
Driving a robot from a web browser takes skill. Practicing shouldn't cost you $SOL. 🕹️
Introducing the Fallback Training Hub. 🎓
Operators can launch an simulation to test their maneuvering in a Gazebo physics environment before accepting live on-chain bounties.

18/9: We've tested our watchdog mechanisms on Solana Devnet today.
If an operator accepts a mission but stalls or disconnects, the vehicle executes cancel_timeout. The fleet reclaims the bounty and automatically slashes the operator's stake.
A decentralized gig economy requires instant, trustless settlement.
On 17/9, we've settled UI, operators get real-time UI receipts the second they resolve a deadlock. The proof? The exact lamports move on-chain simultaneously, settling 0.1 SOL bounty & 0.05 SOL returned stake.
Not all robots carry equal risk.
On 16/9, we've implemented tiered fleet routing.
• Class 1: Sidewalk Delivery (~0.1 SOL bounty / 0.05 SOL stake)
• Class 2: Robotaxis (~1.0 SOL bounty / 0.5 SOL stake)
Higher stakes, tighter SLAs, bigger rewards.
More robots will come soon.
How do you ensure an anonymous internet operator doesn't hijack or troll an autonomous vehicle? Skin in the game.
On 15/9, we've deployed our core Anchor program. Fleets lock bounties into an on-chain escrow; operators must stake matching collateral before gaining control.
Autonomous vehicles fail. It is not an "if", it is a "when." That's why we,'re building Fallback Protocol: a decentralized teleoperation network on @solana
where anyone can stake, take manual control of stranded robots, and earn $SOL in real-time.
