@TeamYouTube My dual horizontal/vertical stream was wrongfully flagged for COPPA. The horizontal appeal was GRANTED, but the vertical appeal was REJECTED. It is the exact same stream! Because of this mismatch error, my livestreaming capability is locked. Please sync the decisions

@PrettyMsRozaY @icon_cyber1 Not sure he can help, this seems to be a YouTube desync issue on the backend.

Almost 24 hours since this post and still no response? Can you guys please help me resolve this issue. If it's a live chat desync issue that disables chat randomly. I need to know if you guys can help me decide if it's on my side or your side?

@TeamYouTube I need help to try and fix the issue. The link for help was expired, I need a new link. Also I already submitted feedback last night but Everytime I do, I get no response back. My 700 sub stream was last night and the chat disabled issue ruined it!

@TeamYouTube Live stream chat randomly becomes fully disabled for ALL users. Low latency, OBS-only streaming. Turning slow mode ON immediately restores chat. This looks like a live chat backend initialization bug. Channel: EjNinjaFn

@TeamYouTube Yes — this happens across multiple devices and accounts. When the issue occurs, live chat becomes disabled for everyone, including moderators and myself. Toggling Slow Mode ON temporarily restores chat, then it breaks again later. (1/2)

@TeamYouTube Can you PLEASE put me in contact with someone about my chat randomly disabling? I can re enable it by turning slow chat on. Affects everyone in chat. Already signed out & back in, cleared cache/cookies, new stream key, etc.. Thanks!!!

@TeamYouTube I tried everything you said and chat is still disabling randomly! Happens across all devices as no one can comment until I reset it! Getting very frustrating! Can you please point me in the right direction? Thanks

@TeamYouTube This only happens during live streams and appears unrelated to cache, cookies, or sign-in state. Can this be escalated to the Live Chat / moderation engineering team? Happy to provide stream URLs, timestamps, or logs if needed. (2/2)

@FortniteStatus matchmaking is completely ruined, games not even fun anymore! Should be illegal to break the game by a flip of a switch when I have invested so much money in a game that played a certain way! FIX IT B4 WE ALL QUIT!!!

@FortniteStatus broken matchmaking still not fixed! Not fair for us casual gamers who spend lots of money to be thrown into fncs lobbies, that's what ranked is for! FIX YOUR BROKEN GAME!
