Just watched the Dracula series on Netflix. Episodes 1 and 2 were great, episode 3 was super disappointing. Had big Sherlock vibes

We’re watching Pets United this morning. This sort of rating intrigues me... far more likely to watch a 2 or a 3 than a 5 🤷🏽‍♂️

Wet weather today means we’re doing a movie marathon. Super sophisticated ratings system for the morning shift. Sharks Tale - awful Hotel Transylvania - good The Lorax - huh? what even was that 😶

If you could only watch movies from one actor's filmography for the rest of your life, who would you pick?

Watched V for Vendetta last night. It’s a really tough watch in 2020, feels less dystopian and more like a probable endgame. Hugo Weaving’s performance is excellent!

@ThatOldEgg I like the matrix as a stand alone film... and the trilogy as a collective #thatsmyhill

Shrek is a good movie. Shrek the Third has been one of the worst things I’ve ever seen. How can a franchise regress so much?

Watched Lock Stock this morning. I know there are a heap of excellent performances but Sting is the best

Watched Assassins tonight. Super impressive for the Wachowski’s debut. Maybe Stallone’s best performance?

@seanzor21 Thanks for reaching out, Sean! On a brief hiatus while under stage 4 restrictions, but thinking about Babe every waking moment. Who put the dog in charge? Is this an adaptation of Animal Farm? Why is Sharon Strzelecki in this film?

Just finished season two of Umbrella Academy. Loved it. Soundtrack was excellent. Aiden Gallagher is so impressive as 5. #umbrellaacademy

Got some new headphones today and am testing them out with some of my favourite scores. This is simply sublime! The Good, the Bad and the Ugly - The Danish National Symphony Orchestra ... youtu.be/enuOArEfqGo

Watched Artemis Fowl it was fun but I don’t think the title character translates well to film. A malevolent mastermind pre-teen protagonist isn’t really Disney’s go. Was also nice to see Judy Dench reprise her role as M 😆

@SatyaLoquacious @TicoRomao I was thinking of this film yesterday! Need to give it a rewatch. It’s brilliant and powerful

Watched The Fugitive last night, it’s aged really well. The absence of any tracking technology really enriched the story and suspense. Loved Joe Pantoliano’s performance but not as much as his portrayal of Cypher in The Matrix.
