I've had a few binge weeks. It's been horrendous. I'm back though, I'm back to get skinny.

Eaten again today. Yet somehow with doing 5 solid hours of dance and fasting for 19 hours I don't feel even slightly guilty. Suck it Ana.
My stomach is covered in thick fat. I want to be sick every time I look at it or feel it.
Need to stop eating so why can't I? Ana has given up on me, I know it.
Good mood but I'm so sure in about an hour I will hate myself even more
