This is an interesting one
(will share their info below)
They sell a sprout growing jar
And they make their money mostly on the MRR
Not the actual front end
How?
Well lets back up for a second
They claim to grow sprouts in 3-5 days
And what do you need every 3-5 days?
More seeds
That is where the MRR comes in
And most people buying this are moms in their 40s...
Who would spend their last dollar on something just to brag about to their friends
And okay yes I understand you get sick of eating this shit daily
So what do they do?
They sell different seed mixtures
This keeps the existing customers coming back
Even after 6 months
Also side note: a great store to run shipping protection on
And they frame it in their checkout well
(go check it out)
One of their top ads: app.brandsearch.co/ad/3TXAc5?ref=…
The lander it sends to: thesproutingcompany.com/pages/starter-…
ps. they don't sell the jar, they sell the benefits of eating what grows in the jar
(with a slight nudge to get the jar because its mold free)
ai animated ads are making even sleep supplements interesting to watch
and this one is a perfect example of how much storytelling matters
the whole ad follows a pretty simple structure:
→ introduce a guy who can't sleep
→ show him tossing and turning all night
→ exaggerate the frustration with close-up shots
→ visualize what's happening inside his body
→ introduce the product as the solution
→ end with him finally sleeping peacefully
the interesting part is how the visuals do most of the selling
instead of having someone explain why they can't sleep for 30 seconds, you actually watch them struggle
and by the time the product appears, you already understand why someone would want it
that's what makes these animated ads so effective
they turn a boring product into a story people actually want to finish watching

imagine charging a supplement brand $2,000 for an ad you made with AI in 3 minutes
this is the kind of content i'd be selling
43 seconds of animated storytelling, with an actual character, a relatable problem, and a product that fits naturally into the story
the giant breakfast, the calendar falling apart, the oversized supplement bottle
every scene gives you something new to look at
and you can apply this exact approach to skincare, fitness, supplements, or pretty much any DTC brand
i broke down how to recreate this style, including the prompts and the full production process

the wellness observer is running a classic authority play
"as a urologist, i examine thousands of men every year"
this line works because it front-loads credibility before the pitch even starts
you're not hearing from a brand
you're hearing from someone who's seen the problem thousands of times
most supplement ads open with the benefit or the offer
this one opens with a credential that makes you lean in
40 days running tells you the angle is holding
if you're in health and wellness, the doctor voice still converts when it's positioned right

you're cooked if you're burning budget on 20 versions of the same meta ad
meta groups near-identical creatives and counts them as one.
you think you're testing, you're not
run 5 genuinely different concepts instead and let the algo pick the winner
that's where the money is
you’re f*cked if you rebuild your meta campaigns every time you have a bad week...
the accounts we scale run on a structure so simple it’s boring:
• one main CBO per service (or per city)
• a new ad set for every different concept
• 3 creatives/concept. same message, different visual
• scale +20% only when the 3-day average cost per lead hits target
• missed target 3 days straight? trim or hold. never panic
• new ads getting zero spend inside a winner? move them to their own testing campaign
• no daily “it feels off” changes. ever
that’s the whole structure behind $1M/mo in ad spend across 50+ niches
the structure is the easy part.
feeding it winning concepts every single week is the part owners don’t have time for.
that’s what we do.
DM me “SCALE” if you want it run for you.
spent 7 years and millions in spend learning this
the ad was never the hard part
the big idea behind it was 👇
who it's for.
real pain.
clear promise.
easy yes.
get the middle right and everything around it gets easier
the most expensive habit in meta ads is refreshing the dashboard and "fixing" things
every edit on a new ad set resets the learning phase
you need ~50 conversions in a week before the data means anything.
tweak it on day 2 and you just threw the clock back to zero
launch it. leave it 5-7 days.
THEN judge
your itchy hands are costing you more than your creative
