Não quero voltar a fazer NF nem diminuir minha quantidade de alimentos porque não funciona. Mas me sinto culpada por estar comendo normalmante.
Eu realmente transformei essa conta num diário.
A batata da mãe tá durinha de novo, mas essa gordura parece que não seca
Eu tô num corpo muito bom, mas nossa senhora eu só me vejo gordona a maior parte de tempo.
1 mês comendo pouco é trabalhando, dei uma emagrecida mas tô comendo que nem cachorra de novo.
Não quero comer, nem ficar em casa, quero chorar
Eu perdi o controle e tô comendo horrores no trabalho
Mó tristeza por está comendo demais e não seguindo o plano alimentar. Sei nem como vou encarar a nutri. de tanta vergonha. Nem posso jogar a culpa na c.a porque se eu realmente me esforçasse estaria com 1kg a menos
Eu faço terapia, malho e sigo um plano alimentar de 5 refeições ao dia mas a merda desse transtorno parece que não vai se curar nunca
Eu tô muito feliz que fui numa nutricionista e estou perdendo peso saudavelmente.
Nossa me dá uma certa satisfação quando eu "como demais" e minha barriga dói, mas ao mesmo tempo me dá uma tristeza porque se eu tô comendo a mais é por causa do transtorno
