@FedExHelp Need answers as to why my package was on its way (I followed the tracking ) and then the delivery was taken back to the shipping location?
@FedExHelp Starting today, I have decided I will never use FedEx again. Last month I spent over $300 to have some posters printed and overnighted to a client. The receipt does not have a tracking number simply a number for the order. You’re horrible system prohibits me from getting any help
@FedExHelp I called FedEx yesterday (1/31) to arrange for a prepaid pickup but your rep refused to narrow down the timeframe. I was told he would be here between 8am-8pm. Come on! There has to be a better way to do this! I'm an old lady w/many health problems & can't get up too early!
