The late Stephen Keshi coached the Super Eagles to win their 3rd AFCON trophy in 2013. He won the tournament as a player (1994) and as a coach(2013). As we pray and hope for a repeat of AFCON 2013, we also remember Keshi. RIP, the Big Boss. #SuperEagles #AFCON2023 #AFCON2024

This mineral is the one of the reasons why eastern DR Congo has been bleeding for decades. According to Earth Sciences Museum, about 80% of the world’s supply of coltan is found in DRC. The country is also rich in gold, cobalt, tin, and tungsten. They’re called Conflict Minerals

On International Day of Education, we must remember refugee and internally displaced children whose right to education is often met with diverse challenges. I will be sharing some of my stories which highlight the educational challenges that displaced children face.
Earlier today, I was at the United Nations House, Abuja, to watch live proceedings of the @UN_HRC’s Universal Periodic Review (UPR) Working Group. Nigeria was examined today and it was a delight to learn about Nigeria’s efforts to uphold human rights. I had a great time!
I'm no longer upset about Nigeria securing a draw with Equatorial Guinea.

This @Refugees article explains the differences between refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants. Refugees and asylum seekers flee to new countries to escape wars, conflicts, and direct threat to their lives. Migrants face no such threats. unhcr.org/news/stories/r…
Lebanon’s eviction of Syrian refugees dates back to 2016. Recently, Pakistan also evicted many Afghan refugees from the country. I wonder what will become of the over one million refugees in Uganda if the country decides to forcefully evict them someday. thenewhumanitarian.org/news-feature/2…

God bless all the rescue and health workers who have worked tirelessly since last night to ensure victims of the Ibadan explosion are safe and alive.
To write better, you must read better. Good writers are those who love to read.
Don’t forget to #PrayForIbadan. This is not the time to make senseless jokes or fight over political differences. Stop the whole “Who did Oyo State vote for in the last elections?” We are talking about human lives here. Stop the nonsense already. Humanity first!
I predicted Morocco to win this match and they didn't disappoint. Maybe Tanzania would have won or made the match a draw if the red card didn't happen. It's difficult to tell.
Lives have been lost. People are battling to survive. Many others are trying to recover from the shock of the explosion. But guess what? Some unfortunate humans are making jokes out of this unfortunate incident. In the quest for engagements, many have lost their senses.
Whenever I'm working from home, I love to sit facing this corner of my house where I now have these photos. These are women who inspire me. I decided to put their photos right there so I can always stare at them while working and be motivated to keep going and to keep fighting.
JOAO FELIX PUTS US IN FRONT! 😁 @EASPORTSFIFA | #CheEve
I had a great time today, in God’s presence. Here’s wishing you all a great week ahead. Meanwhile, we’re getting ready for #Shiloh2022.

Done with my second book of the year! Six chapters, 261 pages. I recommend this book to social and business entrepreneurs, as well as young changemakers. It offers practical steps on how to come up with and execute the right strategies to make your team or organization work.
