@Pepperfry Order no 307546347. There has been no response from you inspite of complaining several times. My refund is OVERDUE BY 6 MONTHS. You have not provided a proof of payment to @icicibank as well. Could you please let me know the status of this?

@ICICIBank_Care I've received an email from you saying that there is no refund for the loan account mentioned. Are you implying that @Pepperfry did not issue the refund for order, inspite of providing an ARN number for order no 307546347?
