Sometimes I’ll eat a food I might be allergic to (minor reaction food) and decide that magical thinking works. Because that’s definitely how allergies work. *nods*

I really need free from bread companies to stop making all their products high fibre. Some of us are out here desperately trying to avoid fibre like it’s our mortal enemy.

@Myallergyboy @TwinsplusTwo @asda @marksandspencer Ocado have just switched to M&S and a lot fo their vegan stuff that could be free form has the typical 'may contain everything/made in a factory' it's so annoying.

@UKCarnation Oh! Interesting. I saw it on Ocado and just said 'Oat flour' not 'GF oat flour' and said 'Contains Oats' which I usually take to mean not safe.
