1:1s are overrated! If they’re your only tool, you’re not building alignment, you’re building silos. Real clarity comes from shared moments: huddles, open forums, town halls, and visible updates where everyone hears the same story and feels part of the same mission.

I agree with this. If you're making investments today, they need to be investments that make a real difference and a profit, not one over the other. So invest in the environment, invest in social enterprise, communities and companies that serve these areas. Its the future...
