Absolutely unacceptable service from @SaudiAirlinesEn. This level of negligence is shocking. Passengers deserve accountability and basic customer care. #SaudiaAirlines #LostLuggage #TravelFail #CustomerServiceFail #AirlineComplaint

@MoHU_En @Motawif_SA …..not to mention rebooking on the next flight. Who will re book the flight? @SaudiAirlinesEn are saying nothing to do with us. @Motawif_SA are hiding behind screens, don’t bother answering calls. Who will compensate so the financial loss??

@MoHU_En @Motawif_SA @Motawif_SA horrendous service. The worst travel/hajj platform. No direction for 1000s of hajis. My flight was today and when we got to airport the flight had been over booked by 15 people. And @Motawif_SA don’t have the decency to inform me theyv cancelled my flight….
