The Gifford Fire in California geographic terms is remote. Few homes or structures outside of barns and outbuildings are in danger of flame impingement. Big paydays for firefighters in a light fire year. Be safe guys and gals, it's only vegetation and it grows back.

This is the current crop of California polititians in a nutshell. Pacific Palisades doesn't need low cost homes, it is exclusive for a reason. You can't down-value ocean view homesites in this state. Same can be said of Altadena, you have to earn you way into that community.…
