Is your child struggling to focus on tasks? The remedy Is simple! Engage them in activities like kitchen tasks, story time and motor play. Such activities are engaging and fun And will require their undivided attention. Infuse these activities in their daily or weekly routine.

No visible dominant hand? No problem! 😁 By dominant hand, we mean the hand your child uses often, either right or left. However, If you notice that he/she favours both hands equally (50/50) 😁 don't worry give her lots of practise using her small hand muscles and try again.

This is a challenging question to answer 🤔 Why? Because there truly is a RANGE of how many words a child should have at a given age. Speech-language pathologists often state a child should be saying 10 words by 15 months, 50 words by 18 months, and 200-300 words by 24 months!

A lot of breastfeeding mothers struggle with this and they don't know what to do. Low supply of milk may be as a result of some of this factors; poor diet, stress, not breastfeeding enough etc. As a nursing mother, you should have a healthy diet. #breastfeeding
