Strive to be a better person than the one you were yesterday.
Today is the first day of my second week doing p90x and it love it
Mentally planning pre-competition breakfast tomorrow: bear naked granola and scrambled egg whites (sound good?) 😊
Enough sleep, lots of water, clean eating habits, regular exercise, and positive surroundings are all you need to stay healthy.
It's midnight and I'm up doing yoga... Oops
IM BAAAACK. I fell off track for a few months but I'm back and ready to take action for myself😊👍

At this pace, ill be at my goal weight in 6 months. At most. Not too bad.
Lost five pounds in my first month. Kinda discouraged, but I know it will take a while to get where I want to be and I won't give up!
#twye dinner: 3 eggwhites&1 yolk w/mushrooms, spinach, tomato, and feta. Nonfat plain yogurt w granola&blueberries
Can we all just have like fittie meet ups?
We're literally doing absolutely nothing in this class and its pissing me off cause I could be making something of my time.
All I can think about right now is running.
