this is f*cking insane, u're doing 1,000+ clicks a day on work a crew of Grok Bots can finish while u sleep one night's activity log looks like this: → inbox manager archived 38 newsletters and drafted 4 replies → expense manager filed 12 receipts and flagged 1 with no matching invoice → sales outbound queued 36 drafts and sent 0 → an invoice asked for card details, so the bot stopped and asked each bot gets its own computer in the cloud, signs into ur tools and clicks through them like u would, while u stay at 0 clicks the line that makes it safe: > anything it can undo, it finishes alone > anything the outside world sees or that moves money, it parks for u > if it can't be undone in under a minute, it asks the setup: > hire a Chief, then give each specialist a job title and a list of what it must never do > connect a tool once and every bot can use it > at a login wall the bot hands u the screen, so it gets a session, not ur password > show a weekly task once and say run this every week the skill stops being prompting and becomes managing the full 10-step tutorial is in the article below ↓

this is f*cking insane, ask Claude "what did we decide last week" and it opens the exact file, cites it, and says so when the answer isn't there no Obsidian, no Notion, no plugins. just plain Markdown folders on ur disk the setup: → three folders for notes, people and projects → one topic per file, named after what's inside → lowercase and hyphens everywhere → one map file in the root that Claude Code loads on startup the trick almost nobody uses is linking ur memory and decisions files from the map, so Claude keeps them in focus every session 5 minutes to set up, fill it as u go. save this ↓

this is getting out of hand, 3 folders, 3 files and one map turn Claude Code into a second brain that cites its sources and never makes things up the whole system is flat Markdown files on ur disk plus one map file in the root. no apps, no databases, no plugins, nothing standing between ur notes and the agent the workflow is simple. u keep one topic per file, the map tells Claude where everything lives, and when u ask a question it finds the right file, answers with the source and admits when the info isn't there step-by-step setup: 1. create three folders: notes for facts, people for contacts, projects for what ur working on 2. add three root files for long-term memory, lessons learned and every decision u made 3. write a CLAUDE. md map that explains the folders and how files are named 4. name every file after what's inside, lowercase with hyphens 5. open the folder in Claude Code and ask anything, the map loads automatically at startup setup takes about 5 minutes, and u fill it as u go instead of moving every old note on day one the full guide is in the article below save this post for later

It is becoming f*cking dangerous a guide with 11M views says Obsidian and fancy Notion databases are usually a trap for your second brain. Claude works best reading plain files straight from your drive what it uses instead: 3 folders and 1 map file. setup takes 5 minutes, nothing to install open the folder: - notes/ one file per topic, everything you learn - people/ one card per person, who they are, what you talked about - projects/ where you stopped and what's next - MEMORY.md, LEARNINGS.md, decisions.md long-term facts, lessons, every call you made - CLAUDE.md the map that map tells the agent where everything lives and how to read it. Claude Code loads it on startup, before you type anything ask a question and it answers from your files and cites the one it used. if the answer isn't there, it tells you put @MEMORY.md in the map and it stays in focus every session, so keep only what really matters there most setups fall apart on naming: - one file = one topic - name it for what's inside: ivan-petrov.md, not note-12.md - lowercase and hyphens, every time you don't have to move your old notes. build the skeleton today and fill it as you go 10.8K people saved the guide. full breakdown below Obsidian or plain folders, what's running your second brain?
