The number of times I see a recipe video cut from handling raw meat to just blindly handling seasoning equipment like pepper grinders and the handles of fridges is too damn high. No cuts in the video, just cross contamination. Fuck your gross hands, wash your shit up.

You'd think just getting the keys to a home was enough to feel like you own a home, but nothing speaks to you much like replacing the horrible toilets with better ones that are easier to clean. Home is where you poop most comfortably.

When I was younger I lived next to a Halal butcher. Walked over one day to get a leg of lamb. I asked and the guy for a leg. He held up a whole lamb carcass and said "Which leg?" Knowing how to butcher now and it being $30 for a whole leg, I wish I went back for the other legs.
