@BethOsborneT4A Most "retirement housing" is priced way out of whack. It assumes everyone over 65 had a great pension or retirement plan. And it's also usually not convenient to pubic transit, passenger rail or within safe biking or walking distance.
@Footestu1 True, but even before retirement housing, there is the huge cost of smaller housing. Even where we are building houses, we are not building the right size for the market. We are building for the average household of the 1970s.
