@piersmorgan @realDonaldTrump We already think that. It's the wildest thing I've seen in my lifetime so far and I've seen a lot.

Wow Debenhams has the worst customer service ever. How are businesses allowed to take money and run? I'll never order again and have been warning everyone of them. Terrible #scam

@AvantiWestCoast Our train from London to Birmingham is cancelled this morning. Can we use our advanced ticket to get an earlier train or is it only services after our booked train?

@AvantiWestCoast my visually impared friend and I have just been rushed on a train at New Street for it to sit there for another couple of minutes. Thanks to your train guard for shouting that we were holding up the entire train.

We are aware there is a support service, however my friend has found this unreliable in the past.

My friend has burnt her hand spilling her tea in the panic. Whilst we appreciate the train has to leave on time, please be more aware. We were delayed because of the lift, barrier issues and train ticket confusion. No wonder those with disabilities prefer not to use trains.

🌎 TAG OF THE MONTH 🌎 This month we spotted a can of Elevate in the French Alps. Just look at that sky and beautiful white snow! It's perfect timing too, Elevate just landed back on the web shop. It's our small beer with BIG FLAVOUR and available now.

Anyone know the best way to get a reply from The @DesignMuseum ? Got a disability related issue and have tried calling, emailing, messaging on multiple social media platforms, but no one will answer our question.

🍺 DRY JANUARY 🍺 Two beers, one big difference - only one has alcohol! Our award-winning AF pale, Lucid, won a Great Taste star last year, so it’s safe to say it’s a seriously tasty drop. Perfect for when you're not drinking but still fancy a beer.

🍻 MEET THE LOCALS - 1000 TRADES 🍻 @1000TradesJQ is an absolute gem of a bar and we stopped in over the holiday period to chat to Jaz and enjoy a tasty pint of our bitter, Spindle. "Attic beers always sell well", Jaz told us as we chatted about the busy period over Christmas.

👋 MEET THE TEAM 👋 Jo has been helping to keep things fun on our socials and all things marketing since last year. This week she took a moment to write a bit about working with us and how marketing for a popular independent business in a vibrant town is a real adventure.
