Martial law has been declared in an English town in anticipation of a boat landing full of illegal migrants. To be clear, the UK government is locking its own citizens in their homes in order to accommodate an incoming horde of illegals. The fear is that the citizens will protest the migrant landing, so the solution is to lock them down under threat of imprisonment.
