We now know, only because Edgar has called family, that he is in New Jersey- a violation of Policy 11022.1: Detainee Transfers. Edgar's mother is a U.S.A. citizen and resides in Salt Lake City, UT.

at 2am PST, they transferred @FreeEdgarM to an unknown location. No warning was giving to family, to Edgar, or to his attorney. For 12 hours @ICEgov would not tell us where he was or where he was being taken to.
