@dontdoabit Hi, yeah we found it on zoomjam but had no idea what we were doing/what the end goal was! We tried it but didn’t get much further than the 2 chessboard combos and the magic squares...Can’t DM you for some reason

@MySabaUK hi, your machines are all broken In MK (won’t take coins). I’m not paying 17p extra to use the app, and not paying 38p extra to pay over the phone so what do you propose I do?

@LNRailway Hi, why are you suddenly crowd controlling people getting on trains? You’ve never done this before... will you do this in the morning...? Genuine question and would appreciate an answer?

@LNRailway obviously I expect full delay repay for the full week when 0 trains since 19 May have run on time. Who is covering this..? Will it be us next year when prices go up with 0 line improvement?

@LNRailway hi, at Euston currently.. there’s two trains running- neither are on time. How on earth do we expect you you run a train every 10 mins when your service is not capable of 1 an hour?!!

@MySabaUK Hi there, your app isn’t working, please rectify ASAP so I can buy a ticket. Before you tweet the website link- doesn’t have the car park I’m at, & not calling up on a train so don’t link the CS number.

@TicketmasterCS hi there, didn’t want to do the survey because the recorded women’s voice was graining on me, but your CS by Craig (real person) was very helpful. However the picking up of my query through the automated message was terrible!
