I have seen hundreds of videos of Palestinian protests being disrupted by pro-Israeli activists. Not once have I seen them be arrested for simply shouting a slogan. What is it about these two words, "Free Palestine," that terrify so many in the West? The echo of complicity?

It’s fascinating that one of the authors of the PATRIOT ACT, Michael Chertoff, also personally intervened to release the Dancing Israelis before they could be indicted for their role in 9/11. His mother was a founding member of the Mossad. Crazy coincidence!

I’ll pay for the plane ticket.” Meanwhile, Israeli flags were being waved in the same convention. If waving Mexico’s flag means “go to Mexico,” what exactly does waving Israel’s flag mean?

The Israeli diaspora minister has published a list of organisations whose members should not be allowed to enter Israel - the list includes Save the Children, Oxfam, the Norwegian Refugee Council and Medical Aid for Palestinians.

Ha'aretz reports that Hamas, through Qatar, conveyed immediately on Oct. 7 that they were willing to return all the civilian hostages for nothing -- their only ask was for a mediator to arrange the exchange and establish a connection to then negotiate the further release of the soldiers. Israel refused to talk or hear about it. So Qatar reached out to Antony Blinken to let him know that Hamas was willing to release all the civilian hostages. Blinken told Qatar he didn't want to hear it because "Israel is still under attack, and there's no one to talk to." Blinken had the opportunity to free every single civilian hostage and de-escalate the situation. Instead he wanted war.

Indigenous people don’t do this.

Congress did one and only one thing today. The House passed a bill to withhold money from universities if they don’t play nice with Israel. I voted No. It’s not proper for our federal government to coerce universities into engaging with any particular foreign country.

Israeli soldiers arrived at the property but did not remove the settlers; instead, footage shared online showed soldiers joining the settlers in prayer and taking photos at the encampment while continuing to block aid, journalists, and ambulances from reaching the home.

The fact that drone operators can make out the hairstyles of their victims before firing is an extremely haunting thought, given how many children have been hit with drone strikes in Gaza and Lebanon. Some person saw the child and pressed fire anyway.
