I bought this building with @jandreini1 and @EvCapJVEquity 15 months ago. Leased it to a credit tenant and sold it to a trade buyer. Glad to successfully exit this deal. Looking forward to many more acquisitions… things are getting interesting in San Francisco / Bay Area!
