@tobyasky The problem is Tuchel is trying to lay the groundwork for not picking Cole in the future, in anticipation of criticism. Cole Palmer is not a Tuchel type of player and we know this as Chelsea fans from his time. The player knows too, so the manager needs to stop pretending.

@Dat_boy_nino Colwill is not good enough. Good under U21s but the premier league is proving tough for him. We cannot move forward with him in centre back playing like that. Even in the last time we got UCL, we still leaked too many goals.

@tovers98 I won’t have him as centre back either. Doesn’t win a lot of duels or headers. We conceded lots of goals too under Maresca & didn’t keep lots of clean sheets. We need a central defender that is dominate aerially & in duels. This guy as centre back doesn’t get into mid table sides

@CFC_Decatio We need to move away from sentiments. There are many defenders in average clubs that are better than Colwill and they won’t be hard to get. We have done good business with Lacroix and Chavaria and we need to secure more grownups to complete our defence.

@Dat_boy_nino I watched Brighton play Coventry last week at the Ricoh and boy I sat behind the Brighton goal in the 1st half and for the first 15 - 20 minutes, Cov didn’t get to their half. I thought wow these guys are a good side!
