Our unique crowdfunding initiative, 50,000 Voices, remains at the heart of FunDonor. To strengthen our ask, we’ve introduced an alternate funding route: a revenue share option for angel investors, stakeholders and fundraisers who want to back FunDonor and share in future returns

I’ve just returned from Mexico feeling renewed, with fresh energy and new ideas for FunDonor and our 50,000 Voices campaign. I'm engaging new volunteers and met with a funding specialist to explore new ways to raise grant funding. money for causes they care about.

I’m about to return home after a much-needed 10-day break, and I’m feeling fully recharged. Stepping away reminded me how vital rest is for restoring energy, sharpening focus, and unlocking creativity.

Last week, I attended a dinner hosted by the inspiring Mindy Gibbins-Klein, author, speaker, and coach to entrepreneurs. Gathered with 13 other thought leaders, we shared stories, insights, and a passion for purpose-driven impact.

The heart of progress lies in building connections. Last week, I spent time with Adam Smith of HelpBnk. Tomorrow, I’ll be connecting with Charles Choice and Lori Livacich. On Friday, I’ve been invited by Mindy Gibbens-Klein to join 10 thought leaders.

Last week I talked about patience paying off. This week, it’s about Networking with Passion. When your mission is driven by purpose, the right connections follow. I’ve been introduced to Charles Choice of the Do-Or-Dier Visionary Foundation, the person behind Rob Dyrdek’s work.

Over the past year, I’ve been part of David Meltzer’s coaching programme, a journey that’s tested my patience, sharpened my focus, and reinforced one truth: patience pays.

I dared to dream today. I looked at my future self and smiled. I had built a legacy project, a place that empowers young people, that showcases kindness. A world where young people take charge and inspire change.

Persistence pays. My FunDonor pitch was featured by HelpBnk on their Ring Doorbell series! That small moment has already led to a bigger one: I’ve now been invited this week to share deeper insights into the FunDonor mission and explore how HelpBnk might support our journey.

Kindness doesn’t always come with a hashtag. Sometimes it’s quiet. A message of encouragement, a shared meal, a small donation. But the impact? That’s where lives change.

I’m from Nigeria, a place where we come together to give generously during times of loss. I’m trying to shift this spirit and encourage support for FunDonor – a living project that will help young people lead, learn, and lift others through kindness.

Giving is one of life’s most powerful acts. Whether it’s time, kindness, or a simple $1, the joy it sparks ripples far beyond the moment. When we give, we shift the focus from ourselves to others, creating connection, purpose, and hope.

I spoke with Tata Bassey last week. He is a talented visual artist & singer and he reminded me how I was the main reason he embarked on a career in the arts. The experience of empowering young people through art changed his perspective.

Last Friday I presented FunDonor on Breakfast With Champions in Clubhouse. David Meltzer generously let me use his dedicated slot. It was fun and engaging, generating lots of interest. I opened a spill over room called Feel Good Friday - Fun Facts & Kind Acts afterwards.
