5). @bookingcom did very little to try and understand why this was all very confusing to me and instead tried clear themselves of responsibility. Not going to rent apartments through them anytime soon again...

4). @bookingcom claimed that I was at fault for not canceling, however why should I need to cancel something I have already been denied to purchase?
3). @bookingcom I didn’t notice this charge until a few days before the stay was supposed to happen and was then told that it was too late to receive full reimbursement. So I had to pay almost the full amount for a room I was told I couldn’t use a month prior.
2). @bookingcom Having been told that my booking was denied I assumed that was the end of that. However my booking still remained and without my knowledge I had been charged the full fee for the room.
1). @booking.com confirmation no# 2670929769 :: I requested a booking with an apartment in Milan for a surprise trip for my girlfriends birthday and received a message from the owner of the apartment saying my booking is not possible since I would check in too late.
He spoke of the frigid winters & deep snows here amongst the mighty Caucasus mountains that rise above the steppes of Scythia. #sworcery
In a whisper he spoke the name of the deathless spectre we had awoken in the darkness beneath Mingi Taw: The Gogolithic Mass. #sworcery
