'I watched and felt like my entire life was falling apart because of what this government did to young people.' Welcoming the removal of face coverings in schools, political commentator Sophie Corcoran breaks down as she recalls her experience of wearing a mask in the classroom.
@GBNEWS What were her medical qualifications again?
@GBNEWS You know what's ruining your life? - desperately using television and social media to seek attention. If wearing a cloth mask for a few hours has traumatised you so much, it's not a live TV camera you should be sat in front of. Please seek help from health professionals.
@GBNEWS @DjRedBroad Okay, she had a problem with face masks How many lives were lost b/c kids brought covid home and infected parents and/or siblings?
@GBNEWS Mask rash from day one back at school, headaches, nausea and learned absolutely nothing due to mask illnesses
@GBNEWS FFS if she is that scared by wearing a mask, how does she get up in the morning?
@GBNEWS Well done @sophielouisecc,as someone in year 13, I can testify to how much they ruined my life. And I only was only forced to miss my GCSEs not a levels. The way teachers treated me (had a teacher blame me for giving her covid despite her getting it at Christmas) was disgusting
@GBNEWS FFS. Wearing a mask was an inconvenience for a longer term goal of reducing the transmission rate to others. ‘Because of what the government did to young people’🤦♂️We need to make our kids resilient and not be offended at every little thing.
@GBNEWS We are obviously not seeing the next generation of surgeons & doctors here if they can't manage or communicate in a mask. Extraordinary how countries such as Japan and South Korea have masks mandates, which the kids cope with fine, and higher educational standards than the UK.
