Most people don't understand that our brain and bodies are basically a chemistry experiment. Every disease and most psychological problems are caused by imbalance in our chemicals. It is our diet, lifestyle, and genetics that delegate our chemistry. There are a lot of things pushing against our health, a illness driven medsystem, our food, water, and even the air we breathe are toxic. It is all by design. Many of us don't realize that we have deficiencies, and even genetic issues that can cause us to carry deficiencies that can lead to an array of health issues like cancer and metabolic issues. I personally went a very longtime taking vitamins and supplements that didn't work. I found out later that I had a problem methylizing folic acid. It caused me to be unable to assimilate a number of vitamins and minerals, and brought my homocysteine levels through the roof. Which is very dangerous. I've discovered how to easily manage this issue through proper supplementation. Please don't take multi vitamins. They are not good for you. They're packed with unhealthy additives and they are causing people to have higher levels of some vitamins and minerals than they need. They're just bad, OK? I can't say enough how important it is to have full vitamin, mineral, enzymes, and amino acids tested for deficiencies. Without the test you're just shooting in the dark or taking a multi that is just causing your body to work harder to process the unusable vits and minerals. Why do that when you could know what your specific issues are, so that you can address them properly? Addressing your deficiencies will change your life in the way you feel, think, and perform in daily life. Not only that it will make you look and feel younger, and extend your quality of life. Additionally, some people find that supplements like magnesium citrate or probiotics that break down oxalates can be beneficial. The time it takes to lower oxalate levels to an acceptable range varies depending on the individual's initial oxalate load, dietary adjustments, and overall health. It can take several months to years to see a significant reduction, as the body slowly excretes the stored oxalates. Consistent dietary management and monitoring are essential for maintaining low oxalate levels and minimizing the risk of associated health issues.
