@mountain_goats My best friend, who taught me guitar using your songs nearly two decades ago, turns 35 this year. Would you be willing to help me celebrate his birthday?
Don Gately deserves a Mountain Goats album more than any character ever written.
@mountain_goats JD! (1) have you read Infinite Jest? (2a) if not, please read it and write an album about it (2b) it so, please write an album about it There is so much you must love there.
@mountain_goats Songs for Pierre Chuvin are the precise vibes I need right now. I love this, thank you.
@mountain_goats Thanks! And let me know if you’re ever hankering for some highly enjoyable text-based fantasy gaming. Like people do. And thanks for your music. It has meant a lot to me throughout my life, and it still does. Much love.
@mountain_goats JD, I made a podcast about a 30-year-old text-based fantasy RPG called Gemstone IV that maybe 800 people alive still play. (1) please write a song about this (2) can I use some of your music on the show?
