@British_Airways Hi in response to your reply, I have been waiting for a ticket to be issued countless times for a changed flight and I think I have called your call centre over 10 times to get these tickets and each time they take my card details and say give it 2/3 days and nothing comes!

@British_Airways I really need help from someone in the uk office, I’ve tried your call centre over 8 times in the past two months and have got no help or any change whatsoever, extremely frustrating as an executive member who flys with you regularly?!

@easyJet THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. No information regarding a security alert on flight EZY8844 to Gatwick. Having the pilot giving information instead of any staff no one to talk to. Sitting in the airport with no clue what’s happening, do not fly this airline!!!
