@GaryGensler Thank god for community content guide!! Thank god for @elonmusk stopping the liars from just lying their way into totalleteriansm!
@GaryGensler i don't get it.. isn't coinbase a publicly listed company and haven't you guys allowed it's listing. they didn't change anything since then, infact they added more checkpoints.. so what are you talking about ? anyways, let's see where this will take you.
@GaryGensler And yet you let them become a publicly traded company in 2021 LMFAO. Ladies and gentlemen I give you Gary Gensler. The man tasked with protecting your investments by causing retail to lose millions of dollars. It’s time for you to go bub.
@GaryGensler It’s been 595 days since Gensler said “If you place a retail market order, the vast majority don’t go to the transparent lit market.” I guess he was just bragging. cnbc.com/video/2021/10/…

@GaryGensler No one's against regulations. People are against, SEC Broad statements that create so much FUD that crashes markets and creates uncertainty and fear. So overall it's no different then what you are against, but instead of creating volume, your statements and actions decrease it
@GaryGensler > Refuse to provide regulatory clarify > Charge institutions with failure to comply with regulations > Profit??
Thanks @GaryGensler (I am serious) for trying to make the Crypto World a safer place for investors (when/if it needs to.. Must be hard to please everyone at the same time, investors, banks etc). As a Stock investors, I was wondering why Stock Manipulations with stocks like $GME are not addressed by the SEC too ? ( Dark Pool, Faked Stocks, FTDs, Synthetic shorting etc) I am not a stock expert, I am may be not even using the right examples here, but a lot of Retail Investors like me (I'm 55) lost Thousands, Tens of thousands and Hundreds of thousands and more because of BAD " SHORT PRACTICES" and stock manipulation still tolerated by the SEC and the current Stock Market System. For me, SEC efforts in the crypto world is like a PRESIDENT of a company deciding to CleanUp is desks when other important decisions/actions needed to be taken to save his company but to feel god, go on with cleaning his desk... Stock Market Retail Investors have been HURTING for years... For now, the Crypto World is the least of my concern... But I guess as it's hurting Banks, @SEC made it a priority...
