This person in the vehicle doesn't stop and simply runs off. I had to stop him by putting my bicycle in front of him and stop him and then just listen to what he said "khoon Baha...." Did you bleed?

This happened with me on on 10th December 2022 at Kandivali East. I was travelling on a bicycle vehicle comes from behind, it just tried to get past me. Not trying to stop, the vehicle tyre and wheel brush my foot. I get a small wound.
