@AerLingus trying to book a one way flight from Dublin to Manchester. If I’m select just one way it’s €25.99, as part of a return it’s £14.99 Why is this the case? Surely makes no difference? Very frustrated

@Plusnet extremely disappointed with the service from Plusnet. Accout opened based on a welcome gift. My retired mum missed the email to ‘claim’ the gift, and there is no apparently nothing they can do! So poor

@SixtUK very angry. Collected car from Dublin, sold the dream on ‘pay for the petrol now so you don’t have to fill up before return’. Get in the car, you’ve given me a hybrid! Won’t even use half a tank by the time I’m done! Poor poor service

@Primark I bought my friend a pair of pjs for her baby shower present. I have lost the receipt snd they are too small, is there no way she can exchange these for a different size?

@iD_Mobile_UK very disappointed with the lack of help, support and compassion from ID Mobile on dealing with my dads unexpected death and closure of a line. I would have expected more 💔😢
