So, despite having my order cancelled on Sunday and being told by @Halfords_uk I’d receive an email from the refund team in between 24 & 48 hours, I still have not heard anything. Not the best customer experience!! 😠

The government has created yet more uncertainty for disabled people. The lack of clarity related to benefits will do nothing to provide assurance after an already turbulent year. Unfortunately, today’s announcements were more about reassuring markets than reassuring people. 🧵

I helped out with the Reading Challenge one year and I always used to be so jealous of the librarians who got to use that bit on the desk to check in and out the books. Also, I used to borrow the Bon Jovi Crossroads CD quite a lot.
