I’ve been in some very turbulent waters the last few months. Today we’ve had some good news that will hopefully see us enter some calmer waters. 🤞 As a good friend said to me recently ‘If you’re going through hell, keep going’ If you are struggling, know all things pass. 💜
It is ok to focus on your circle of influence. I would say it’s actually essential. There is so much we can’t change & the bigger picture will drain you of the energy you can use more effectively on you & yours. If that makes me sound selfish, so be it. It’s about survival now.
I’ve always felt I was different, born to make a difference. I think (hope) I have. But I no longer want to help or support anyone outside my circle. I know many who feel the same. The world’s done that. If all the nurturing, insightful, caring people shut down, we all lose💔

@GinnyA24601 I learned a breathing technique about 20 years ago. It’s been life changing for me and I’m not one for making grand statements, in fact I’m quite the reverse. Sadly no medics are interested. It’s called Buteyko.

Well today has been great for my little man. Met a new friend, who is the same age, lives close, & will also be doing home ed 🥰 Then an afternoon helping mummy dig in the garden and put some plants in the ground and seeds in pots. He’s one tired but happy little boy now ❤️
