@HDFCBank_Cares What was the need for me to reach out to hdfc on x if credit card upgrade offer was available through app or online banking ? Or I would have already got a call from RM while I have already requested the RM 100 times resulting in no response.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares I am a 15 year hdfc bank salaried account holder, no delayed/missed credit card payment in 12 years, spent 10 Lac+ for 2 consecutive years through credit card, excellent cibil score. Please upgrade my card to Infinia metal.
