@paul_michalik @CryptoCoinHans @derhagemann Warum eigentlich? Wenn Inflation = steigenden Zinsen = höhere Finanzierungskosten der Immobilie = geringerer Ertrag aus Vermietung, dann muss unter sonst gleichen Bedingungen der Kaufpreis sinken, damit die Zielrendite erreicht werden kann.
@CryptoCoinHans @derhagemann Inflation heißt aber i. d. R. auch steigende Zinsen und das belastet Immobilien üblicherweise und spiegelt sich im Kursverlauf der vonovia wieder.

@trader_53 Heißt im Umkehrschluss, dass die Leute genauso viel fahren wie vor dem Irankrieg. Btw: der Zoll schafft es, die Kfz Steuer einzuziehen, hat also die Kontonummern. Warum nicht den Tankrabatt direkt an die Besitzer der Verbrenner auszahlen?

@value_invest12 Beispiel: Wenn Migranten aus einem bestimmten Land in Deutschland überwiegend in Asylverfahren festhängen und sie daher nicht arbeiten dürfen, dann kosten sie den Staat natürlich Geld. Das sagt aber nichts darüber aus, wie ihr Beitrag in 5 Jahren sein wird.
@value_invest12 Inwieweit beantwortet diese Statistik meine Frage? Die Statistik selbst ist halt einfach nicht aussagekräftig und ich kann die auch nicht interpretieren, weil ich die Datenbasis nicht kenne. Die zeigt einen statistischen Zshg, aber wie ist die zugrunde liegende Kausalität?
