This bill will get the government out of the business of telling you who you can and can’t live with, and I look forward to signing this legislation to break down barriers to more housing that Coloradans can afford. ow.ly/4hHr50R2gCk
@GovofCO I don't understand why people are angry about this, it allows more people to come together to be able to afford rent and maybe be able to afford more food
@GovofCO Can’t wait until citizens put out barricades on on street parking to “protect” their parking spaces.
@GovofCO Between this and "eviction protection", might at well rename Denver to Squatter City
@GovofCO That's one way to solve the housing crisis. Granted, lowering taxes or banning corporations from swallowing up available housing and inflating housing costs could also be a solution...but this way, it serves as a reminder that we are just peasants.
A friend of mine owns a Denver Pest Control business. He has contracts with several Apartment companies. You need to hear him speak about the numbers of people/families living for instance in a 1-Bedroom. It’s shocking!!! Conditions are even worse. Let’s get Legislative Orders for their (Pest Control) testimony before passing the law!
@GovofCO Becoming more third world here in Denver by the minute 🤡
@GovofCO Government should also be out of the business of who you choose or choose not to bake a cake for.
