I'm not planning for the Michigan State-Ohio State football game this week. There's no plausible scenario in which the game is played. Not without obvious shenanigans. With Northwestern losing, Ohio State's CFB playoff path is clear: Just beat Michigan, then Iowa or Wisconsin.
@Graham_Couch Ar you saying that likely B1G championship game is Indy v. Northwestern (due to Covid lost games) And the crossover game of OSU v. Wiscy/Iowa could send the Buckeyes into the BCS Just another crazy scenario in 2020 - although OSU has to outrank Cincinnati - if they get to 10-0
@WallyFairway Exactly. Northwestern’s place there is more legit, because the Cats beat both Iowa and Wisconsin.
@Graham_Couch @WallyFairway Graham why would they (OSU) not just send a JV squad to EL, if they have enough non-positive players? A loss to MSU doesn't hurt them does it? Provided they beat UM.
@SpartanSwillMSU @WallyFairway They can’t send anyone if their team and program positivity rates are above the threshold. And my understanding is they are significantly.
