Gym in 2023 Men are always amped up to grab heavier weights even when he knows his form is shit. Yet rarely do you see men really try to ramp up those things like planks that have them trembling, shaking, and counting 2X as fast.

The 3 most important things for us all to be consistent with in regards to health, longevity, and even performance. 1- Eat real whole nutritious foods 2- Move more.. simply walk :) 3- Sleep.. improve wherever you can
