As long time, dedicated fans we don’t want this to happen to anyone else dreaming of seeing Taylor tonight or in the last shows. #notoviagogo #erastour #wewerescammed #erastourIndy

They then told us it would take 72 hours to issue a refund so today’s master plan will involve more calls to customer service lines/credit cards to have funds released and available for tickets.

@taylornation13 @tswifterastour Save the Swifties from being scammed by Viagogo- would never want anyone else to experience what we did. 😭

@viagogo @StubHub is a scam of a company! Absolutely horrendous customer service and fraudulently charged my card without delivering tickets. Then had the nerve and disrespect to hang up on us without resolving the issue bc their “time was up” SCAM SCAM SCAM. #erastour #tswift

Absolutely unacceptable and fraudulent and theft. They’re a scam and have terrible, rude, unhelpful customer service. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. @viagogo is a farce and doesn’t deliver on anything they advertise. 🖕#viagogoscam #viagogo #viagogoisfraudulent

Customer service person offered no actual solution. They then said they would have to wait for it to be completed to issue a refund but no clue how long the investigation would take. The refund would be another 72 hours from this unknown timeframe.

@viagogo is an unethical scam of a company. We purchased tickets that successfully charged our card but never transferred. We called and they said the tickets were “under investigation” but couldn’t tell us why or how long they’d be investigated. We missed the show and their BS

The final episode of Friends aired 15 years ago today. I still get choked up watching their very last scene together because Jennifer Aniston is trying so hard to hide her very real tears.
