Watching @AntAnstead #BornMechanic and he's got a Mk1 Ford Capri, in the late 80's I bought a black and silver 1600GT for £300, and sold it a few years later for about the same money. Can't believe it would have been worth £20,000 now if I'd have kept it. !

What is with Insurance Companies? To add Son (provisional) to my 206 Gti 136hp policy adds £160 to my premium,a big increase but understandable. BUT, to insure him to drive his own Saxo 1.1i 60hp the premium is £320 more! How the fuck do they work this out? #insurancereform
