Best way to look 20 at 30: avoid the sun from 10am-2pm. This is the time when the UV rays are at peak causing pigmentation and damage to collagen fibers. If you want to swim or play basketball, do so early in the morning or evening. You can also do these indoors 😊 Pls RT.
